Custom Industrial Fans

Custom Industrial Fan Blade Design and Manufacturing

Glocon Inc. can design and manufacture custom industrial axial flow fiberglass fans according to your specific performance or design requirements. With our expertise and experience in fan blade/airfoil design, tooling, prototypes, testing, balancing and large scale production, we can supply custom industrial fans, fan blades, and fan assemblies in sizes as large as 40 feet in diameter.

We can also enhance or convert an existing metallic (aluminum/steel) fan into a fiberglass fan. As fan diameters increase, heavy metal fan blades become expensive and increasingly difficult to install, maintain and repair.  By converting to a composite fiberglass fan design, you can make the switch to a more cost effective fan that is corrosion resistant, lightweight, and durable.

Please contact us for more information on how we may help you design and manufacture your custom fiberglass fan.

We manufacture Fan Stacks, Fan Shrouds, Fan Hubs and more

Glocon also manufactures custom fiberglass molded components for HVAC and Process Cooling/Heating industries, e.g. fan stack, industrial blower, fan shroud, fan housing, fiberglass cooling tower, etc. as well as for a variety of other industries.

For more information, please visit our Custom Fiberglass Fabrication website.

In addition, we manufacture a broad range of custom metal parts, such as steel or aluminum fan hubs and fan blades, including a variety of other industrial parts made by die casting, sand casting, extrusion, stamping, forging and fabrication. We also have full in-house machining and secondary finishing capabilities.
